32. Powers of Court
Where a person is convicted of an offence under this Act, the Court may,
in addition to any penalty imposed, order—
(a) the forfeiture of any goods seized;
(b) the person to repay to the purchaser of any goods any amount
paid in excess by the purchaser in respect of the goods;
(c) the suspension or revocation of any trading licence held by or
issued to the person under any enactment.
