33. Appeal (1) An appeal from a final judgment of the Profiteering Court shall be subject to the same conditions and shall be conducted in the same manner as an appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeal. (2) An appeal from a final judgment of the Intermediate Court or a District Court under this Act and the Fair Trading Act shall be subject to the C42 – 11 [Issue 4] Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act same conditions and shall be conducted in the same manner as an appeal from the Intermediate Court or District Court to the Supreme Court under the District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act.
