19. Note of costs (1) Every Court Usher shall make, at the foot of any document drawn up or served by him in the execution of any judicial or extrajudicial process, a note of the full amount of the fees payable in respect of his services for the execution of the process. (2) A Court Usher who fails to comply with subsection (1), or who wilfully makes a false statement in the note, shall be liable to disciplinary proceedings.
