38. Opposition to salaries
No opposition to the payment or saisie-arrêt of any sum of money or of
any goods due by way of salary to any person in the employment of Government or of a Municipal City Council, Municipal Town Council or District
Council, or of any partnership, corporation, or other person shall, except as
hereinafter provided, be in any case made or permitted.
