39. Opposition to pensions
No opposition to the payment or saisie-arrêt of any sum due by way of
pension to any person who is or has been in the employment of Government
or of a Municipal City Council, Municipal Town Council or District Council
shall, except as hereinafter provided, be in any case made or permitted.
