Section 106: Impersonating individual named in testimonial

106. Impersonating individual named in testimonial (1) Any person who, for the purpose of obtaining any employment, alters a document in the nature of a testimonial given or destined to another person, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years. (2) Any person to whom a document under subsection (1) has been given, who sells, gives, or lends such document to another person with the intent that that other person may alter such document for the purpose of obtaining any employment, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years.
