106A. Impersonating individual in examination (1) Any person who for the purpose of sitting at an examination falsely represents himself to be another person shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years and to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees. (2) In this section, “examination” means an examination conducted by or under the responsibility of a Ministry, a Government Department or the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate.
