106B. Impersonating individual at interview
(1) Any person who, for the purpose of being interviewed by a Staff
Board falsely represents himself to be another person, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years and to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees.
(2) In this section, “Staff Board” means a board appointed by the Public
Service Commission to advise on the appointment, promotion and transfer of
public officers.
