63. Damaging inhabited ship or building
Any person who by means of an explosive substance wilfully damages
the whole or part of a dwelling house or of a ship, boat, storehouse, timberyard, tent, shed or other building, which is inhabited or used for residence or
as a place where persons meet, whether it belongs to the offender or not,
shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to penal servitude.
