64. Damaging uninhabited ship or building Any person who by means of an explosive substance wilfully damages the whole or a part of a dwelling house or of a ship, boat, storehouse, timber yard, tent, shed or other building not inhabited nor used for residence nor as a place of meeting which does not belong to the offender, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to penal servitude for a term not exceeding 20 years.
