141. Dispersing unlawful assembly
(1) Any police officer, not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent,
may—
(a) give a warning to any person in an assembly that the assembly
is unlawful;
(b) stop and disperse any unlawful assembly.
(2) For the purposes of exercising the powers conferred by subsection (1), a police officer, not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent,
may issue such orders as may be necessary and may—
(a) use such force as may be necessary to stop or disperse the
unlawful assembly; and
(b) enter any premises or place in which persons are unlawfully
assembled.
