146. Rebellion by 3 but not more than 20 armed persons
Where the rebellion is committed by 3 or more armed persons, not exceeding 20 in number, the punishment shall be penal servitude for a term not
exceeding 20 years, and if they were not armed, the punishment shall be
imprisonment.
