145. Rebellion by more than 20 armed persons Where the rebellion is committed by more than 20 armed persons, the offenders shall be punished by penal servitude, and if they were not armed, they shall be punished by imprisonment. ∗ EDITORIAL NOTE: Act 1 of 2000 (Public Security Act) which purports to repeal section 143 is not in operation.
