180. Breaking of seal, and purloining of document, by violence
Where such breaking of seal, purloining, carrying off or destruction of articles is committed with violence towards any person, the punishment shall
be penal servitude for a term not exceeding 20 years, without prejudice to
any severer punishment which the nature of such violence, or of any other
crime by which it may be attended, may require.
