149. Recovery of costs
The payment of the costs and expenses under section 148—
(a) may be ordered by the Court to be made out of money belonging
to the convicted person wherever it may be found; and
(b) may be enforced in the same manner as the payment of any
costs ordered to be paid by a judgment or order of a Court of
competent jurisdiction in a civil action or proceeding may be
enforced.
