25. Averment as to an instrument
In every other case where it is necessary to make an averment in an information as to an instrument, whether it consists of writing, print or figures,
it shall be sufficient to describe the instrument by the name or designation
by which it is commonly known, without setting out a copy or facsimile of
the instrument.
