50. Warrant where information is for misdemeanour
On an information filed against a person for a misdemeanour, a Judge
may, on the application of the Director of Public Prosecutions, issue his warrant under his hand and seal and cause that person to be apprehended and
brought before him or some other Judge, or before a Magistrate.
