52. To whom warrant directed
(1) The warrant mentioned in sections 49 and 50 shall be directed to the
ushers of the Court, to the police, and to all others whom it may concern.
(2) Where there are several accused, a separate warrant may be taken
against each of them or they may all be included in one warrant.
