78. One charge proved sufficient Where an information contains more than one distinct charge, and, on demurrer, one of the charges demurred to appears to be insufficient, but one of the others appears to be sufficient, judgment shall be given for the State as to the offence sufficiently alleged. [S. 78 amended by Act 48 of 1991.]
