90. Summons to witness for defence
(1) A person against whom an information has been filed may take out a
similar subpoena from the Registry for the attendance of a witness he may
require.
(2) The subpoena under subsection (1) shall be served by an usher at
that person’s request, and any witness who fails to appear shall be liable to
the consequences mentioned in section 89.
