15. Property of less than 1,000 rupees
Notwithstanding this Part, the Curator may, without a vesting order or
compliance with any other formality, but with the written authority of the
Attorney-General, take possession of any property which is comprised in a
vacant estate and which does not exceed 1,000 rupees in value, and that
property shall be dealt with in the same manner as if a vesting order had
been made in relation to it.
