16. Property affected by vesting orders
A vesting order shall vest in the Curator—
(a) in the case of a vacant succession, all property and rights in
Mauritius of that succession to the same extent as if the Curator
were the sole heir in the succession;
(b) in the case of unclaimed property, ownership in the property;
(c) in the case of an absentee, all property and rights of the absentee.
