8. Accounts and returns
(1) The Curator shall keep books and accounts in such manner and for
such purposes as the Attorney-General may direct and shall make such
returns as the Attorney-General may require.
(2) The Curator shall have the custody of all records relating to vacant
estates.
(3) The accounts kept by the Curator shall at all times be open to examination and audit by the Director of Audit.
