4. Donations and legacies
(1) The Council, through its Mayor, may accept and receive donations
inter vivos and legacies made for the purpose of improving the Library or the
building in which the Library may be.
(2) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to such donations and legacies.
