116E. Offences and penalties
The offences and penalties provided for under the customs laws shall apply to any specified goods leaving the Island of Mauritius and entering the
Island of Rodrigues or leaving the Island of Rodrigues and entering the Island
of Mauritius as if those goods were exported from, or imported into, the
Island of Mauritius.
