117. Authorised persons
The Director-General may, in writing, authorise such persons as he may
determine to act as agents or brokers for transacting business relating to the
entry or clearance of any aircraft or ship or any goods or baggage other than
the accompanied non-manifested personal baggage of persons travelling by
air or sea.
