44. Ship to enter ports
(1) The master of a ship from parts beyond the seas shall not permit his
ship to enter any place in Mauritius other than a port unless from stress of
weather or other reasonable cause.
(2) Subject to section 48, the Director-General may authorise pleasure
boats to proceed to any place other than a port in Mauritius.
