45. Ship to bring to on being signalled
The master of every ship arriving within the territorial waters of Mauritius
shall bring his ship for boarding when approached by, hailed or signalled

Customs Act
from any vessel in the service of Customs, or the Government of Mauritius,
flying the proper ensign.
