29. Variation and revocation of enforcement notice
(1) Any person on whom an enforcement notice has been served or any
enforcing agency may apply to the Board for a variation or revocation of an
enforcement notice.
(2) The Board may, on good cause shown, vary or revoke the enforcement notice.
