5. Cultivation
(1) No person shall cultivate the opium poppy, coca bush or cannabis
plant.
(2) A police officer may uproot or otherwise destroy any opium poppy,
coca bush or cannabis plant found growing upon any land held or occupied
under any title whatever and may take and remove samples for analysis and
safe keeping as specified in section 58.
