6. Prohibition of substances and preparations listed in First Schedule
Subject to section 7, no person shall at any time produce, manufacture,
trade by wholesale or retail, distribute, transport, possess, supply, transfer
(free or for payment), purchase, use, import, export or transit across Mauritius
any of the plants, substances and preparations listed in the First Schedule.
