51. Information available to public under an enactment
Where personal data consists of information which the data controller is
obliged under an enactment to make available to the public, such data shall
be exempt from—
(a) the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Data Protection Principles;
(b) sections 23 to 29; and
(c) Part VI in respect of blocking personal data.
