52. Disclosure required by law or in connection with legal proceedings
Personal data shall be exempt from—
(a) the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Data Protection Principles;

(b) sections 23 to 29; and
(c) Part VI in respect of blocking personal data,
where—
(i) the disclosure of such data is required under any enactment or
by a Court order;
(ii) the disclosure of such data is necessary for the purpose of, or in
connection with, any on-going or prospective legal proceedings;
(iii) the disclosure of such data is necessary for the purpose of
obtaining legal advice; or
(iv) the disclosure is otherwise necessary for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal rights.
