27. Certificate of registration
(1) The Registrar shall issue to every person registered under this Act a
certificate of registration in such form as the Council may prescribe.
(2) The Registrar may issue to a registered person a duplicate certificate if
he is satisfied that the registered person has lost his certificate of registration.
