15. Proceeding when plaintiff does not appear
(1) Where on the day of the return of any summons or at any continuation or adjournment of the Court, or of the cause for which the summons has
been issued, the parties do not appear, the cause may be struck out.
(2) Where the plaintiff does not appear but the defendant does appear,
the Court may non-suit the plaintiff, or give judgment for the defendant, and
in either case award costs against the plaintiff.
