21C. Claim not to be divided No claim shall be split or divided and pursued in separate proceedings before a Court under this Part for the sole purpose of bringing the sum claimed in each of such proceedings within the jurisdiction of a Court. [S. 21C inserted by Act 4 of 1999.]
