124. District for prosecution
(1) Where an offence has been committed partly in one district and partly
in another, the prosecution may take place in either district.
(2) Where the offence is committed in any harbour or arm of the sea or
other water which forms the boundary between or is adjacent to 2 districts,
the prosecution may take place in either district.
(3) Where an offence has been committed near the boundary between
2 districts, and it is doubtful in which of the 2 districts the offence was committed, the prosecution may take place in either district.
(4) Where a person is charged with having been an accomplice in the
commission of an offence under section 37, 38, 39 or 40 of the Criminal
Code, the prosecution may take place in the district in which the offence
was committed.
(5) This section shall not apply to the Intermediate Court.
