125. Information
(1) The description in the information of any offence in the words of the
enactment creating such offence, with the material circumstances of the offence charged, shall be sufficient.

(2) Any exception, exemption, proviso, or qualification, whether it does
or does not accompany the description of the offence in the law creating
such offence, may be proved by the defendant but need not be specified in
the information or proved by the prosecutor.
