43. Information by DPP
(1) An information by the Director of Public Prosecutions may not be laid
upon oath.
(2) Where an information signed by the Director of Public Prosecutions is
laid before the Magistrate and a requisition made to him in the name of the
Director of Public Prosecutions for the issue of a warrant or summons, the
Magistrate may issue a warrant or summons in accordance with such requisition.
