6. Supreme Court may authorise plan
The Supreme Court may, on application to that effect made to it on behalf of the Chief Surveyor, authorise the Chief Surveyor to substitute another
plan in strict conformity with the Schedule and duly certified in lieu of the
plan mentioned in section 5.
