7. Copy to be evidence
In any complaint, action or suit before any Court, any copy, tracing or
enlargement of the said plan or of any part of it purporting to be signed by
the Chief Surveyor shall be received in evidence in lieu of the original plan
unless the signature of the Chief Surveyor appended to it is proved not to be
genuine.
