16. Registration of teacher
(1) Any application for registration as a teacher shall be made to the Minister in the prescribed form and be accompanied by the documents specified
therein.
(2) The Minister shall, on receipt of any such application, subject to section 17 and after such inquiry as he thinks necessary, register the applicant
as a teacher and shall issue to him a certificate of registration in the prescribed form.
