17. Grounds for refusal to register teacher
The Minister may refuse to register a person as a teacher where it appears to him that the person—
(a) is not a person of good character;
(b) is medically unfit;
(c) has attained the age of 70;
(d) does not possess the prescribed qualifications; or
(e) has knowingly or recklessly made a material misrepresentation in
his application.
