29. Power to direct remedial measures
Where it appears to the Minister that this Act has not been complied with
in any school, or that any school is not being properly and efficiently conducted, he may, without prejudice to any other powers vested in him, by
notice in writing addressed to the manager, direct him to take, within a time
to be stated in the notice, such measures as are specified therein, in order
that the Act may be complied with or that the school may be properly and
efficiently conducted.
