30. No legal liability in Government
No legal liability shall lie upon Government or the Minister or upon any officer in respect of any direction given under section 29 or by reason of the
fact that under this Act any methods or places of instruction are subject to
the approval or inspection of any officer, or that the conduct or staffing of
any school is subject to such approval or inspection.
