22. Continuity of service
The Authority may require a licensee not to suspend the provision of any
electricity service until such reasonable time as the Authority may direct
where—
(a) the service would be interrupted on account of the expiry of the
licence;
(b) the licensee has served notice of surrender of his licence; or
(c) the licensee fails to ensure the timely transfer of its undertaking
to another licensee.
