21. Performance standards and codes
(1) The Authority shall draw up, after consultation with the licensees and
other interested parties, standards and codes in respect of the quality, reliability, efficiency and economy of electricity service supplied by a licensee.
(2) Any standards or codes drawn up by the Authority under subsection (1) shall—
(a) be published in such manner as the Authority may direct;
(b) be binding on a licensee.
