20. Customer protection standards
(1) The Authority may require a licensee to develop and submit to the
Authority, for its approval, standards and procedures applicable to any matter relating to the protection of the interests of customers, including the
quality of any service.
(2) Any standards and procedures approved by the Authority under subsection (1) shall be published by the licensee in such manner as the Authority may direct.
