10. Tariffs
(1) The maximum price to be charged by an undertaker for electricity
supplied by him or it to consumers shall be in accordance with such tariffs as
may be fixed by the Board with the approval of the Minister.
(2) The tariffs fixed under this section may, where the Board so determines, vary for different areas.
(3) Tariffs shall be fixed or varied by an order made by the Board and the
tariffs so fixed or varied shall have effect on and after such date as may be
specified in the order.
