4A. Connection agreement
(1) Where a person, other than an undertaker, intends to supply electricity
not exceeding 2 megawatts, he shall apply to the Board, in such form and
manner as the Board may approve, for the purpose of entering into a connection agreement with the Board.

(2) On receipt of an application under subsection (1), the Board may—
(a) accept the application on such terms and conditions as it may
determine; or
(b) refuse the application.
